We’re so proud of Leticia, who is finishing up her catering internship at the Green Cottages Hotel in Kampala. We first met her when she was helping out in the kitchen at Fr. Matthias’ rectory with only dreams of a culinary career. Thanks to her dedication and hard work – and a financial boost from her sponsor family – she has completed her catering and hotel management courses at the YMCA Institute and is set to graduate this June.
