The 2018 One Heart Uganda Team has returned to Chicago after a very successful trip to visit our scholarship students. We accomplished A LOT! We caught up with most of our students, delivered 130 Shoes that Grow, installed the OHU Chicago to Uganda banner, celebrated the new solar water well under construction and initiated the curriculum kits for St. Andrew School – whew – all in 12 days! As difficult as it is to prepare for such a trip, it may be even more difficult to return. We are each changed and touched in unique ways from the experience. Be patient with us as we try to get back into the swing of life in Chicago. We have many exciting stories to share!
