She continues to expand her veterinary expertise to include advanced epidemiology studies and has conducted surveys in the subcounty where she works. “I’m trying my best to educate farmers on biosecurity measures that can protect the spread of disease among animals. One example is having a disinfectant foot bath at a farm’s entrance,” she said.
