If you’re craving matooke or fried chicken & chips and you happen to be in downtown Kampala, OHU grad Jane has your cure. She’s started her own restaurant called Macbuna and offers in-store dining, take-away meals and deliveries to nearby businesses. After graduating with a catering degree in 2019, she began working at the Hotel Africana. She enjoyed her catering work but dreamed of running her own business. Today, she delights hungry businesspeople with her delicious local fare and looks forward to expanding her operation.
