Congratulations to Arnold, a proud graduate of the Nakawa Vocational Training College, where he received his diploma in Electrical Engineering. We couldn’t be prouder as he has been working for the last year as an electrician with Spartek, a company dedicated to developing communities in Moroto northeast of Kampala. Arnold’s biggest fan, his grandmother, was by his side to celebrate his special day.
