Juliet’s been engineering her future for the last several years and now has graduated from Ndejje University with her civil engineering bachelor’s degree – we’re so proud! A go-getter from the day we met her, OHU’s Handup supporters have helped Juliet reach her dreams. Here’s Juliet’s message to OHU:
I thank God my Lord for the victory He has won for me through the One Heart Uganda family. I have been able to achieve my degree and am so excited, thank you very much for your generosity, you showed me love I had never found anywhere. I never lacked tuition throughout the entire course. May God remember each smile you put on every child’s face of One Heart. God bless you.
After completing her coursework, she worked as an intern in the Nansana Municipal Council on infrastructure and design assignments. She’s also completed training in a design software that will help prepare her for an engineering position.
